Returns and Exchanges

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you need a different size or style, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will provide you with two exchange options as long as the exchange is done within 30 days of your internet purchase. If your shoes were purchased in a retail store, please return to the store for an exchange.

STANDARD EXCHANGE

Contact us or call us at 631.475.7873 and let us know your order number as well as the new size or model that you would like to receive. We will email you a pre-paid return label. Package the item and drop it off at your local UPS facility. Upon receipt of the item, Aura Performance will send you the new shoes that you requested.

EXPEDITED EXCHANGE (NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE)

For faster service Contact us or call us at 631.475.7873 to request an exchange. Give us your order number and the new size or model that you would like to receive and we will send them out within two business days along with a pre-paid return label to return for the first pair. Aura Performance will temporarily charge your credit card for the cost of the replacement item(s). When Aura Performance receives the item(s) being cross-shipped, the additional charges will be refunded.

Please note that we reserve the right to change these policies without notice and to limit sales or returns in situations of overuse or abuse of our exchange policy. Sorry, Aura Performance does reimburse international shipping costs.

RETURN POLICY & GUARANTEE

Aura Performance provides you with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee return policy that allows you adequate time to make sure that you are satisfied with your new shoes. Based on the shape of your foot, it can sometimes take a few runs to “break-in” the upper and become accustomed to the feel and responsiveness of DSS technology. If you are not completely satisfied with your shoes for any reason, simply let us know within the 30-day trial period and tell us why you would like to return them (we need to know what’s wrong, so in the future we can make it right!)

Return Procedures

  • Please see your retailer if you purchased the shoes in a store.
  • If you purchased your shoes over the phone or web, please call 631.475.7873 or Contact Us to let us know why you want to return the shoes and to get a return authorization.
  • For US-based customers we will email you a pre-paid return mailing label. We cannot reimburse shipping costs for international returns.
  • Pack your return in the original package.
  • Please include your return address.
  • Refunds for the cost of your shoes only (original shipping excluded) are issued based on the original form of payment. Your account will be credited within 2 business days of receipt of the shoes at our warehouse. Note: issuing banks vary greatly in the time they take to post refund credits. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles to receive credit.
  • We reserve the right to change these policies without notice and to limit sales or returns in situations of overuse or abuse of our exchange policy.
